Do you always use Microsoft Word but do not know how your document will look like without wasting paper on draft? The answer? Print preview!
Print preview shows how your document will look like on paper but only on your screen. Go to File then Print Preview in Word 2003 or click the Office button in Word 2007 and go to Print then Print Preview. Your document will appear in a new window. Use Page Up and Page Down to see all the pages. When you’re done, hit Esc or click close on the toolbar. Then print!
