obamacare page 838

We’ve seen the health care bill page 58 and other sorts of controversies around the health care reform. Now, another page is on fire as being a dirty secret of this reform. It is called the Obamacare page 838 secret. Well what does this particular page tell us?

This particular page tells us that the government can come into home and usurp parental rights over child care and development. It’s outlined in sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (Page 838), under the heading “home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children.”

If you want to see the page for yourself, check it out here - Obamacare Page 838(just type in 838 at the bottom box when you reach that page and hit ENTER).

Please read that section carefully - it is not " the government can come into home and usurp parental rights over child care and development. "

It is a program which 1) STATES MUST APPLY FOR and is part of a grant that will be available to states for preventive care.
    2) IT IS SOMETHING THE STATES THEMSELVES MUST DEVELOP not something that is being imposed
    3) IT IS A SUPPORT/EDUCATION PROGRAM not a decision making program. along the line of WIC. It is to provide support for parents, not take over control from parents. There is no mechanism that allows the government to have guardianship, say or control over the decisions of the family.

Disagree with the parts of the program if you like; that's legitimate. What isn't legitimate is misrepresenting portions of the proposal to cause fear to advance your own agendas.
  • I am putting together some of the more distributing elements that go along with page 838 here: http://www.jeremiahfilms.com/released/WhiteHous... There are real examples of parents having there children taken away who committed no crime. Many states are or have considered spanking laws, and many parent services in states that allow spanking consider the practice abuse. There is more much more that is in darkness that needs to be in the light.
