How do we know if we have the H1N1 swine flu? One way is by recognizing its symptoms. The H1N1 swine flu symptoms are fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills, fatigue, diarrhea and vomiting.

As you notice this symptoms are almost the same symptoms as regular flu. So really, the best way to know if you have swine flu is by consulting with a doctor.
