What do you do when you have an ailment, say a cold or cough? Do you go to the doctor right away or if you’ve encountered it before, do the same things you have done before to treat it? Well, personally I do the latter. Though it is not such a good idea I do it because I have a nurse for a mother and a sister. My mom is a registered nurse while my sister is near graduating in the upcoming year so I do ask them what to do when I am sick. And they being a nurse, being experienced with ailments, give me advice on what to do. More often than not, they direct me to one of the following options to cure my ailment:
- Over-the-counter medication
- Herbal medicine
- Ointments & Liniments
But then again this is not always such a good idea. Cures for Ailments should not be taken lightly and should be consulted with a professional doctor. This is especially important when you have a serious ailment. If you experience symptom(s) of serious ailments, I strongly suggest going to the nearest doctor or hospital right away and get your symptom(s) checked. Then again, not any doctor or hospital will do, it has to be the best!
