You probably have encountered this challenge before where you wanted to have a spreadsheet of yours embedded into your web page or blog post. If you are familiar with HTML, you could use the TABLE tag. Or if you use a CMS like Wordpress (some say WP is not a CMS but that is another topic for discussion) you can copy the cells in a spreadsheet and past it in the VISUAL pane when writing a post. But there is a better way. Yes, it involves the Google Docs product. Let us see how to embed Google Spreadsheets into a web page or blog posts.

1. Upload your spreadsheet into Google Docs
2. Select the uploaded spreadsheet
3. Click the SHARE button at the top right and then click PUBLISH AS A WEB PAGE
4. Select the sheets to publish and then under the GET A LINK TO THE PUBLISHED DATA, select HTML TO EMBED IN A PAGE
5. Copy the code generated in the bottom text box and paste it into your web page or blog post and that’s it!

So there you have it. The 5 steps to embed google spreadsheets into a web page or blog post.

Is your uvula swollen? Surely you do not like the tingling sensations that comes with it. Below, you can find and try out some common remedies that are found to be effective in easing the swelling. For those that do not know where his or her uvula is, check out the image above. It is a conic projection, which pops out from the posterior edge of the soft palate. In other words, it is that tissue hanging down from the soft palate.

Try out these common measures to reduce the sensation of tickling in the throat:

• Dehydration is known to cause swelling of uvula.
• Ensure you consume at least 3 to 4 Excessive smoking and alcohol consumption may result in swelling of the uvula.
• Gargling with salt water will help you fight any causative bacterial infection which might be causing the inflammation.

Falling into unemployment is always a hard thing. Getting laid-off from your job is certainly a big blow to you and your family. Fortunately, there is some fallback you can lean on and that is unemployment benefits. Today, let us look at the MD Unemployment Webcert.

The MD Unemployment Webcert is just another medium for claiming your payments(request for payments) if you have worked in the State of Maryland. The other medium is over the telephone (Telecert). These claims must be done biweekly. However, before requesting for payments via Webcert, you should create an initial claim. This can also be done online. I have been using my laptop for quite some time now and I can say that taking care of your laptop is a must if you want to keep it for long. The number one enemy of any laptops is overheating. And once your laptop overheats, its internal parts can be potentially damaged through time. So what should you and I do when that happens?

At first, what I did was create enough breathing space underneath my laptop for its natural cooling to take place. I did so by putting a book underneath my laptop rear thus creating a triangular space for the heat to dissipate.

I also only use my laptop in an air-conditioned room. This is a bit of common sense but together with the technique I mentioned above, it has helped cool my laptop.

However, I noticed that this was not enough. Though my laptop has been cooled using the above techniques, I still get the windows blue screen of death from time to time due to laptop overheating. Or my laptop sometimes restarts by itself due to this problem!

That is when I decided to buy a laptop cooler. I bought a Belkin F5L001 laptop cooler which fit my laptop perfectly. From then on, the blue screens stopped appearing and restarts never happened again.

So I guess what we can learn from here is that preventing laptop overheating is one of the most important ways to take care of our laptop. We can be cheap and use the first 2 techniques I mentioned above or we can invest in a laptop cooler. For me, buying one is a decision I will not regret.
